N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor channel, subunit epsilon-1(NMDAR2A),, also known as GRIN2A,mapped to 16p13.2. NMDA glutamate receptors mediate calcium ion accumulation in central myelin in response to chemical ischemia in vitro. NMDA receptors mediate calcium accumulation in myelin during chemical ischaemia. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry: 0.5-1ug/ml Requires HIER., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
