Strong transcriptional activator, DNA-binding protein that specifically recognize the sequence 5'-YAAC[GT]G-3'. Could have a role in the proliferation and/or differentiation of neurogenic, spermatogenic and B-lymphoid cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
