This protein is overexpressed abundantly in >90% breast carcinomas and metastases. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended, Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections, ELISA: 1:100-1:1000, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Immunohistochemistry Positive Control: Breast carcinoma, Recommended Negative Control: I1904-86K: IgG3 Negative Control, Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-65C: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Rb x Mo, I1904-65N: IgG (HRP) Pab Rb x Mo, I1903-07E: IgG (HRP) Pab Rb x Mo, I1904-23: IgG, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Gt x Mo, Hybridoma: Myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
