Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects MLLN in nuclear extract from K562 cells. K562 nuclear extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with M4127-01 (2ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibody: I1904-77B: IgG1 (HRP) Pab GtxMo, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
