MHC II molecules are found only on antigen-presenting cells and lymphocytes. The antigens presented by class II peptides are derived from extracellular proteins. The Bovine MHCII monoclonal antibody, clone TH14B, was produced in cell culture medium containing a supplement that replaces serum, clarified by filtration through a 0.2 micrometer filter.
