Human Luteinizing Hormone (hLH) is found in the anterior pituitary gland. It induces ovulation and regulates progesterone and estrogen production by the ovaries and testes. LH levels are measured to aid diagnosing the source of certain infertility problems and to ascertain the existence of a pituitary tumor. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pairs: Capture: L7500-27D , Detection: C5069-61G, Source: Ascites, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
