Product information "Anti-Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC Chemokine (LIX, CXCL5)"
Applications: , Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Neutralization and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml , Neutralization: The neutralization dose is 0.2-1ug/ml in the prescence of 0.03ug/ml of rhCXCL5, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 5-15ug/ml in fixed paraffin-embedded section of human breast and human breast cancer tissue, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
