Anti-Lipin 2 (Lipin-2, LPIN2, KIAA0249, Phosphatidate Phosphatase LPIN2) (Azide free) (APC)

Defects in LPIN2 are the cause of Majeed syndrome. Majeed syndrome is an autosomal recessive disorder combining features of chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis, congenital dyserythropoietic anemia and inflammatory dermatosis. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Do not freeze APC conjugates. Light sensitive. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
