LAG3 (LAG3, LAG-3, lymphocyte-activation gene 3, CD223, lymphocyte-activation protein 3) Lymphocyte-activation protein 3 belongs to Ig superfamily and contains 4 extracellular Ig-like domains. The LAG3 gene contains 8 exons. The sequence data, exon/intron organization, and chromosomal localization all indicate a close relationship of LAG3 to CD4. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, , Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, and Functional Studies. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: Capture, Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections, Immunoprecipitation: 10ug/ml, Western Blot: 5ug/ml, Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
