Anti-Interleukin 7 receptor alpha (IL7Ra, CD127, CDw127, L7RA, IL-7R-alpha, ILRA) (Biotin)

Interleukin 7 receptor alpha (IL-7 R alpha) is a cell surface hematopoietin receptor superfamily member that associates with the common gamma chain (IL-2 R gamma) to form a high-affinity receptor for IL-7. IL-7 R alpha was also reported to be a component of the heterodimeric receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). IL-7 R alpha is expressed in dendritic cells, monocytes and a variety of lymphoid cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant mouse IL-7Ra. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
