Anti-Interleukin-7 (IL-7)

The biological activity of IL-7 includes stimulating the proliferation of pre-B cells, pro-B cells and activated T cells and inducing the synthesis of other inflammatory mediators, such as IL-1, IL-6 and MIP. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5ug/ml, Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml, Functional Assays: 0.08-0.1ug/ml, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Sheep anti Rabbit IgG (Aff. Pur.): HRP, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
