Applications:, Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Use I8429-11GX Interleukin 7 (IL-7) (Azide Free) for Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Capture): Paired with I8429-11M Interleukin 7 (Biotin) (IL-7) as the detection antibody, with purified recombinant human IL-7 as the standard., Western Blot: 1-5ug/ml (in conjunction with I1904-76UX, IgG1, Rat Isotype Control (Azide Free)) has been found to enable detection of < 100ng/lane of recombinant human IL-7 under reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
