IL-6 is a cytokine with a wide variety of biological functions. It plays an essential role in the final differentiation of B-cells into Ig-secreting cells. It induces myeloma and plasmacytoma growth, nerve cells differentiation in hepatocytes, and acute phase reactants. , Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA:1-5ug/ml (dilute immediately before use).
