Anti-Interleukin-4 (IL-4)

Interleukin-4 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor, which stimulates the growth and survival of certain B cells and T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA (direct), Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5ug/ml, Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml, Neutralization: 0.25-0.40ug/ml to yield one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse IL-4, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. , Recommended Secondary Reagents: Sheep anti rabbit IgG (Aff. Pur.): HRP, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
