Anti-Interleukin 4 (IL-4, B Cell Stimulatory Factor 1, BSF1, Binetrakin, HCGF, Hodgkin's Cell Growth

Interleukin-4 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor, which stimulates the growth and survival of certain B and T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required. , ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-47Y: IgG, Fc (HRP) Pab Gt xRt, I1904-47T: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xRt, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
