Product information "Anti-Interleukin 23R (IL-23R, IL-23 Receptor, L-23-specific binding protein) (PerCP)"
IL-23 R is an IL-23-specific binding protein that associates with IL-12 R beta 1 to form a functional heterodimeric receptor complex. This complex mediates biological activities that are similar to, but distinct from those induced by IL-12. IL-23 R is expressed by Th1 and NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells using Human peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs) treated with PMA, calcium ionomucin, LPS, Recombinant human IL-23 and Recombinant human IL-6 to induce Th17 development., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing PerCP conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
