Anti-Interleukin-23, p40 (IL-23)

IL-23R is an IL-23-specific binding protein that associates with IL-12 Rb1 to form a functional heterodimeric receptor complex. This complex mediates biological activities that are similar to, but distinct from, those induced by IL-12. IL-23R is expressed by Th1 and NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (direct and indirect): 1:500-1:10,000, Western Blot: 1:500-1:5000 using ECL, Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST, 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk, suggested incubation time is 1 hour at RT., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
