Anti-Interleukin 2 (IL-2)

Applications:, Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:50 dilution will block 50-70% of CTLL proliferative response to "5% Con A sup" as a source for mouse IL-2. This antibody will also block 50-70% of MLR or T cell proliferation to KLH. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile buffer. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
