Anti-Interleukin-2 (IL-2)

Interleukin-2 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor, which primarily acts on T-cells. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Sheep anti Rabbit IgG (Aff. Pur.): HRP , Applications:, ELISA: 0.5ug/ml, Western Blotting: 0.1-0.2ug/ml, Neutralization: 0.04-0.05ug/ml for one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse IL-2, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
