Anti-Interleukin 17B (Biotin) (IL-17E Receptor, IL-17BR, IL-17Rh1)

IL-17B R is the second identified receptor for the IL-17 family of cytokines. IL-17B R binds strongly to IL-17E and binds weakly to IL-17B, but does not bind IL-17, IL-17C or IL-17F. It is , a transmembrane protein expressed in a wide variety of tissues. , , Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/mL, Western Blot:1-2ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NSO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile buffer. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
