IL-12 R-beta1 is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the type I cytokine family of receptors. It binds to IL-12 with low affinity. The functional high-affinity IL-12 receptor is a complex of IL-12 R-beta1 and IL-12 R-beta2. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells using D10.G4.1 mouse helper T cell line, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
