IL?10 is a pluripotent cytokine with important immunosuppressive actions: It can inhibit cytokines involved in the TH1 response such as IL-2, IFN-gamma and also inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-alpha. The antibody inhibits the biological activity of natural and recombinant human IL-10. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry(frozen): 1:10, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
