Anti-Interleukin 10 (IL-10, Cytokine Synthesis Inhibitory Factor, CSIF) (Biotin)

Inhibits the synthesis of a number of cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF and GM-CSF produced by activated macrophages and by helper T-cells, Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (detection): 0.1-0.4ug/ml., Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit for reqIL-10 is approximately 0.5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
