Anti-Interleukin-10 (IL-10), clone 4H189

Interleukin-10 is produced by a population of T cells. It has a wide range of biological properties, including inhibition of macrophage and T helper cell mediated cytokine synthesis suppression of the delayed hypersensivity response. Reports suggest that IL-10 may initially be involved in the polarization the Th2 responses. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Flow cytometry. For neutralization use I8432-24BX. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: Suitable for use as the detection or conjugate (label) antibody., Matched to I8432-18A as the capture or solid phase antibody. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
