Anti-Interferon gamma (IFN-gamma, IFNg, IFN-g, IFG) (Biotin)

Interferon gamma (IFN-g) is a homodimeric cytokine produced primarily by T-lymphocytes and natural killer cells. IFN-g has many immunoregulatory and proinflammatory activities. It binds to IFN-g receptors present on virtually all cell types. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Myeloma cells with B cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
