Anti-IL21 (Za11, Interleukin-21, IL-21) (Azide free) (FITC)

IL12 may promote the transition between innate and adaptive immunity. It induces the production of IgG(1) and IgG(3) in B-cells (By similarity). It may play a role in proliferation and maturation of natural killer (NK) cells in synergy with IL15 and may regulate proliferation of mature B-and T-cells in response to activating stimuli. In synergy with IL15 and IL18 stimulates interferon gamma production in T-cells and NK cells. During T-cell mediated immune response may inhibit dendritic cells (DC) activation and maturation. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
