Transcription regulator required for multiciliate cell differentiation. Acts by promoting transcription of genes required for multiciliate cell formation. Probably acts in a multiprotein complex By similarity. Plays a role in mitotic cell cycle progression by promoting cell cycle exit. Ref. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE!
