Protein function: Receptor for the Fc region of IgG. Binds complexed or aggregated IgG and also monomeric IgG. Mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and other antibody-dependent responses, such as phagocytosis. [The UniProt Consortium] This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor(TM) 633 (ex/em = 640/654 nm). It is compatible with the 633 nm laser and 670/30 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSCelesta(TM)).
