Protein function: Cell surface proteoglycan that bears both heparan sulfate and chondroitin sulfate and that links the cytoskeleton to the interstitial matrix. Regulates exosome biogenesis in concert with SDCBP and PDCD6IP (PubMed:22660413). [The UniProt Consortium] This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to APC/XFD750 (ex/em = 756/785 nm). XFD750 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor(R) 750 (Alexa Fluor(R) is the trademark of ThermoFisher).
