Protein function: Antigen-presenting protein that binds self and non-self lipid and glycolipid antigens and presents them to T-cell receptors on natural killer T-cells. [The UniProt Consortium] This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to APC/XFD750 (ex/em = 756/785 nm). XFD750 is manufactured by AAT Bioquest, and it has the same chemical structure of Alexa Fluor(R) 750 (Alexa Fluor(R) is the trademark of ThermoFisher).
