Anti-Hepatocellular Carcinoma (Hemofiltrate Carcinoma Chemokine, HCC-1), clone 3H173

Human Hemofiltrate CC chemokine-1 (HCC-1) was first isolated from the hemofiltrate of patients with chronic renal failure. HCC-1 has a 46% amino acid sequence identity with MIP-1a/MIP-1b and 29-37% homology with other CC chemokines. Human HCC-1 is an 8.4kD protein containing 72 amino acid residues. , Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Indirect Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
