Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml detects HDAC3 in nuclear extracts from HeLa cells., Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitates HDAC3 from 500ug of HeLa nuclear extract, followed by immunoblot analysis using H5109-48F., Immunoprecipitation/HDAC: 3-15ug immunoprecipitates HDAC3 from 500ug of a HeLa cell nuclear extract. Enzymatic activity was assessed using H5109-62., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
