The specific function of C11ORF77 remains unknown. It is potentially a transposase-derived protein that may have nuclease activity. It does not however have transposase activity. C11ORF77 is detected in brain, eye, nerve tissue, kidney and lung. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, FLISA, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark.
