Anti-HA-1 (HLA-HA1, HMHA1, KIAA0223, Minor Histocompatibility Antigen HA-1, mHag HA-1, Minor Histoco

The minor histocompatibility antigen (mHags), HA-1 is a immunogenic alloantigen shown to be responsible for graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in HLA-identical bone marrow transplantation. The antigen has two known alleles resulting in a single amino acid polymorphism. The HA-1H allele encodes histidine, whereas the HA-1R allele encodes arginine. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
