Anti-Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF)

Mouse granulocyte colony stimulating factor, also known as G-CSF, stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of granulocyte progenitors in the bone marrow. Applications: Suitiable for use in ELISA, Functional Assays and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5ug/ml, Functional Assay: 0.005-0.010ug/ml. Do not add sodium azide., Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1903-30U: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (HRP) Sh x Rb, I1904-39: IgG, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt x Rb, I1904-40A: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt x Rb, I1904-40P: IgG, Fc, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt x Rb, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
