Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is a potent stimulator of bone marrow cells, especially those of neutrophil lineage. In addition, G-CSF can enhance the survival and activate the immunological functions of mature neutrophils. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA Capture: Pair with biotinylated antibody (Cat. No. G8950-05E) as the detection antibody, with purified recombinant human G-CSF as the standard., Western Blot: 1-5ug/ml, in conjunction with IgG (AP) GtxRt has been found to enable detection of < 100ng/ lane of recombinant human G-CSF under reducing conditions., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-47J IgG, H&L (AP) Pab GtxRt, I1904-47P: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (AP) Pab GtxRt, I1904-47U: IgG, H&L (AP) Pab GtxRt, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
