Product information "Anti-GNB1, NT (GNB1, Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(T) subunit beta-1, Transducin be"
GNB1 integrate signals between receptors and effector proteins, are composed of an alpha, a beta, and a gamma subunit. These subunits are encoded by families of related genes. This gene encodes a beta subunit. Beta subunits are important regulators of alpha subunits, as well as of certain signal transduction receptors and effectors. This protein uses alternative polyadenylation signals. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
