Anti-G Protein Coupled Receptor 75 (GPCR75, GPR75)

GPR75 is a 540aa, 7-transmembrane G-protein-coupled glycoprotein receptor mainly expressed in retinal pigment epithelial cells and brain. Polymorphisms in humans have been associated with macular degeneration. GPR75 has been identified as a receptor for CCL5/RANTES in the brain. Collectively, the extracellular domains of human GPR75 share 75aa sequence identity with the corresponding regions of mouse and rat GPR75. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 8-25ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
