This gene belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. The specific function of this gene has not yet been determined, however, it may play a role in the development of the brain and telencephalon. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
