Anti-FGF-9 (Fibroblast Growth Factor 9)

FGF-9 is a heparin binding growth factor that belongs to the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development and postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF-9 targets glial cells, astrocytes cells and other cells that express the FGFR 1c, 2c, 3b, 3c and 4. , Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Neutralization. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5ug/ml, Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml, Neutralization: 25-60ng/ml, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
