These antibodies are affinity purified using their peptide immunogen and are known to give low background staining in a western blot. However no additional claims are made for their ability to recognize native protein in any application. The F box, named after cyclin F in which it was originally observed, is an approximately 40-amino acid motif that binds SKP1.
