Anti-EPS8, NT (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Kinase Substrate 8) (Azide free) (PE)

Upon binding to EGF receptor, EPS8 enhances EGF-dependent mitogenic signals. It can bind multiple cellular targets. EPS8 is expressed in all tissues analyzed, including heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney, and pancreas. It is expressed in all epithelial and fibroblastic lines examined and in some, but not all, hematopoietic cells. EPS8 is phosphorylated by several receptor tyrosine kinases. The protein contains 1 PH domain and 1 SH3 domain. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C.
