Applications: , Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml detects ~5ng/lane under reducing and non-reducing conditions., ELISA (Capture): 0.2-0.8ug/ml. Can be used as a capture reagent in a sandwich immunoassay in combination with a biotinylated, rat EGF antibody and recombinant rat EGF as the standard. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile PBS and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
