Required for the organization of the mitotic spindle and for the proper attachment of kinetochores to MTs (PubMed:25789526). Promotes the recruitment of NUDC to the mitotic spindle for mitotic progression (PubMed:25789526). [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 64% and to rat: 66%
