Anti-ECS (Enterokinase Cleavage Site)

Enterokinase is an intestinal enzyme responsible for initiating activation of pancreatic proteolytic proenzymes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.05-0.2ug/ml, Western Blot: 0.1-1ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells fused with SP2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
