Product information "Anti-EBF1 (COE1, Early B-cell factor 1, COE1, EBF, O/E-1, OLF1, Collier, Olf and EBF transcription f"
EBF1 belongs to the COE family. It contains 1 IPT/TIG domain. EBF1 is a transcriptional activator which recognizes variations of the palindromic sequence 5'-ATTCCCNNGGGAATT-3'. Forms either a homodimer or a heterodimer with a related family member. Interacts with ZNF423 and ZNF521, leading to prevent EBF1 to bind DNA and activate target genes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Peptide ELISA: 1:64,000, Western Blot: 0.3-0.1ug/ml detects a band at ~75kD observed in human Adipose lysates (calculatd MW: 64.5kD according to NP_076870.1) , Immunoprecipitation: reported to immunoprecipitate EBF1 from induced 3T3-L1 expressing FLAG-EBF1, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human Adipose lysates, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
