Applications: , Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation (will not IP denatured antigen), Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and methanol/Carnoy's or formalin/paraffin). Not recommended for Kinase Assay or Neutralization. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Recommended Dilution: Immunoprecipitation: Use Protein G, 2ug antibody/mg protein lysate, Western Blotting: 1ug/ml , Immunohistochemistry: 2-4ug/ml , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
