Anti-Cyclin D2 (CCND2, G1/S-specific Cyclin-D2, KIAK0002, MGC102758)

G1/S-specific cyclin-D2 (CCND2) is a member of the Cyclin family that act as regulators of CDK kinases. CCND2 is essential for the control of the cell cycle at the G1/S transition. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 2-4ug/ml , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
