Anti-CXCR6, CT (C-X-C Chemokine Receptor Type 6, CXC-R6, CXCR-6, CDw186, G-protein Coupled Receptor

Coreceptor usage of primary human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) isolates varies according to biological phenotype. The chemokine receptors CCR5 and CXCR4 are the major coreceptors that, together with CD4, govern HIV-1 entry into cells. Some HIV-1, HIV-2, and SIV isolates of different genetic subtypes and biological phenotypes use other chemokine receptors, such as CXCR6, a T-lymphocyte-expressed seven-transmembrane domain receptor that mediates fusion, entry, and trafficking of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000, Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3.75ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
