Anti-CPB1, NT (CPB1, CPB, PCPB, Carboxypeptidase B, Pancreas-specific protein) (Azide free) (APC)

Three different procarboxypeptidases A and two different procarboxypeptidases B have been isolated. The B1 and B2 forms differ from each other mainly in isoelectric point. Carboxypeptidase B1 is a highly tissue-specific protein and is a useful serum marker for acute pancreatitis and dysfunction of pancreatic transplants. It is not elevated in pancreatic carcinoma. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, FLISA, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Immunofluorescence: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
